New holiday village project in Bansko, located at the foot of the Mountain, on the border of Pirin national park and only 200m form the main ski track. The house is offered with detached emergency energy source.

House type 2 is 186 (m2) and has: corridor, living rooms, kitchen, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 terraces, closets, sauna, fireplace, a day gallery (a study and a library).

House type 3 is two-families type. About Bansko
Two modern golf-courses, consistent with the world standards, will be built for the visitors. Only 6 km from Bansko are the town of Razlog and the village of Banya (4 km) with thermal mineral springs and spa centers for treatment of lung and heart diseases.
